How to Rent a Unit

  1. View a Unit: Schedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance so we can notify our current tenants we will be showing their unit. Pictures and floor plans of most of our units are available on our Properties page.

  2. Sign a Lease: Make an appointment to sign a lease. Esign leases are also available.

  3. Required Documents:

    • Rental Application

    • Government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, or Visa)

    • Rental Reference Form - Only if you are currently renting from another company

    • Security Deposit - Due within 30 days of lease signing

    • Parent/Guardian Guarantee Form - Due within 30 days of lease signing

Summer Leasing Options

We offer reasonably priced summer leasing options to tenants who have signed a school year lease and whose unit is available.

  1. Summer Session is only offered to returning tenants, new tenants, and tenants who are leaving in August.

  2. Summer Storage is only offered to returning tenants. For a minimal fee, you may leave your possessions in your apartment over the summer.

  3. Tenants are only offered the unit provided it is available.
