Annual Parking Application
Apartment Lots: Campus Courts - Bern Street - 308 S Campus Ave
Campus Courts, Bern Street, and 308 S Campus Ave Apartments offer one free parking permit per apartment; tenants will need to decide between themselves who will claim the free permit.
Tenants who have not claimed the free permit, and wish to have a permit, may enter the Parking Lottery. There is a $250 fee for Lottery Permits.
Parking applications must be received in the office by August 1. If neither Tenant claims the free spot by August 1, it is forfeited.
All lottery applicants will be notified via email of the results of the drawing. If they are selected they must pay the lottery fee prior to permit pickup.
Please note that entry into the Parking Lottery does not guarantee tenants will receive an additional permit.
Parking Permits can be picked up at the office during Move-In. At that time, all tenants must sign a Parking Rules and Regulations form acknowledging receipt and understanding of all South Campus Quarter parking rules. Click here to review parking rules and regulations.
