August 2025 Move-in Information
Welcome to South Campus Quarter! The information provided below is designed to help your move-in process go smoothly. All information is also available on our Tenant Resources page. If you have any questions, please contact the office at 513-523-1647 or office@southcampusquarter.com.
Your lease begins on Monday, August 18, at 9 am.
Call 513-523-1647 or email office@southcampusquarter.com to schedule an appointment to pick up your keys. We will be available Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00pm to 4:00pm for move-in appointments. All appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. .
Move-in Date
Fall Semester rent is due on August 1, 2025. You will not be permitted to pick up keys if either your or your roommates’ rent is not paid. Pay online at SouthCampusQuarter.com/pay. If mailing a check, mail to: South Campus Quarter, P.O. Box 395, Oxford, OH 45056. Payment must be received at the office prior to key pick up, so allow time for your check to arrive in the mail.
If you are using Financial Aid to pay for your housing and need extra time to allow for disbursement of your funds, prior approval is required from South Campus Quarter. Visit the Financial Aid section of our website to view further information and instructions on how to apply for approval.
Payment
Tenants are required to set-up the utilities in their name starting on or before their move-in date. Written proof of transfer must be shown before any keys will be issued. You may also want to set up internet and cable TV service. See the Utility Information page for more information.
Utilities
Campus Courts, Bern Street, and 308 S Campus Avenue Apartments: Tenants must obtain a valid parking permit to park in their designated lot. Click on Annual Parking Application and register your vehicle. Parking applications for free and lottery spots must be submitted by August 1, or you will forfeit your free spot. Towing of the lots will be suspended during Move-in week, except for the maintenance only spaces and fire lanes.
Campus Commons Duplexes: Parking in front of Campus Commons on Rose, Bern, Poplar, and Wooster streets is 24/7 City of Oxford Residential Permit Parking (RPP). You must have a valid permit to park on the street. See the Campus Commons Parking Information page for more information. The City of Oxford issues new annual permits beginning on July 1. If you need street parking before this time, please check with the office.
Parking
A Move-in Inspection Checklist will be given to the first tenant picking up keys. All tenants should complete and return it within 10 days of that date. Any forms turned in after 10 days will be considered invalid.
