Campus Commons RPP Parking
Campus Commons Duplex Tenants:
The street parking in front of the Campus Commons residences is City of Oxford Residential Permit Parking (RPP) only. It is the tenants’ responsibility to obtain RPP permits to park on the street near their unit. South Campus Quarter is NOT responsible for issuing RPP permits or for any associated fees. Note, all Commons duplexes have at least 2 off-street driveway spaces, which do not require a permit.
Permits are valid for 12 months beginning July 1st of each year. Each residence is eligible to receive a total of 4 parking permits: 2 resident permits and 2 guest permits. You will need a copy of your lease, your current vehicle registration, and your driver’s license.
Residents of 109-129 E Rose Ave and 521-607 S Poplar St: Park on E Rose Ave and the 500-600 blocks of S Poplar Street. There is a small area where the 400 and 500 blocks of S Poplar overlap, your permit works in this overlap area.
Residents of 100-111 Bern St and 501-515 S Poplar St: Park on Bern Street and the 400-500 blocks of S Poplar Street.
Residents of 101-122 Wooster Pl and 325-412 S Poplar St: Park anywhere on the Wooster Place cul-de-sac and the 300-400 blocks of S Poplar Street. There is a small area where the 400 and 500 blocks of S Poplar overlap, your permit works in this overlap area.
Where To Park:
The Faith Lutheran church on Bern Street has limited spaces available for lease. To check availability and price, contact the church at 513-523-3808 or stop by the church office between 8am and noon Monday through Friday. Bring cash in the exact amount or check for payment.
