Campus Commons Residential Parking Guidelines
Campus Commons Tenants:
The blocks in front of the Campus Commons residences are Residential Permit Parking (RPP) only. Campus Commons tenants must obtain a permit from the City of Oxford’s Parking Office to park on the street near their unit.
Permits are valid for 12 months beginning July 1st of each year. Each residence is eligible to receive a total of 4 parking permits: 2 resident permits and 2 guest permits.
Take the following items to the Parking Office located at the Oxford Police Department (101 E. High Street):
Completed permit application: Residential Parking Permit Application
Copy of your lease to provide proof of residence
Current vehicle registration. All vehicles have a registration issued by the State their car is registered in. (If you are not the registered owner of the vehicle, you will need a notarized statement from the registered owner stating that you have authorization to drive the vehicle.)
Driver’s license
Expired RPP permits previously issued to you or the vehicle if you have any

South Campus Quarter is NOT responsible for issuing RPP permits or for any associated fees. It is the tenants’ responsibility to obtain RPP permits.
How To Get A Permit:
Residents of 109-129 E Rose Ave and 521-607 S Poplar St: Can park on Rose Ave between Poplar and Campus Ave, and the 500-600 blocks of S Poplar Street. The 500-600 blocks of S Poplar run from Bern Street to Central Ave. (There is a small area where the 400 and 500 blocks of S Poplar overlap depending on what side of the street you are on. Your permit works in this overlap area.)
Residents of 100-111 Bern St and 501-515 S Poplar St: Can park on Bern Street and the 400-500 blocks of S Poplar Street. The 400-500 blocks of S Poplar run from Wooster Pl to Rose Ave.
Residents of 101-122 Wooster Pl and 325-412 S Poplar St: Can park anywhere on the Wooster Pl. cul-de-sac and the 300-400 blocks of S Poplar Street. The 300-400 blocks of S Poplar run from Spring St to a little south of Bern St. (There is a small area where the 400 and 500 blocks of S Poplar overlap depending on what side of the street you are on. Your permit works in this overlap area).
Where To Park:
The Faith Lutheran church on Bern Street has limited spaces available for lease. To check availability and price, contact the church at 513-523-3808 or stop by the church office between 8am and noon Monday through Friday. Bring cash in the exact amount or check for payment.
