“My roommates and I lived at Campus Commons for two years. Absolutely loved it. Very new and updated. Amazing location, right by the rec and a 1-minute walk from the east edge of campus. About a 5-7 minute walk from uptown. You get your own room and share a bathroom with one person, but the bathrooms are very spacious, so it was never a problem sharing! Most importantly, maintenance requests are fixed SO QUICKLY, and the staff is super helpful and kind. I know it’s more expensive to live here than in some other places, but honestly, it’s worth the money for the location and high-quality living space. Highly recommended!”

“We loved living here! Our townhouse in Campus Commons on Bern Street was in a great spot—just a short walk to the Rec Center, hockey games, and uptown. The driveway and yard were super convenient, and the home itself was clean, well-built, and comfortable. South Campus Quarter was always easy to work with and responsive.
