From quaint one-bedroom apartments to spacious townhomes and duplexes, SCQ offers a variety of clean, well-maintained, open-designed housing options to choose from: 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, 3 and 4 bedroom houses, 4 bedroom townhomes and duplexes. SCQ’s location on South Campus Avenue is unbeatable. The Rec, Goggin Ice Center, King Library, and the new Cleveland Clinic Health Sciences and Wellness Facility are located conveniently across the street. Classes and the Armstrong Center are both just a short walk away. With High Street just blocks away, residents also have easy, walkable access to Uptown Oxford – no need to worry about driving or parking. Most units also have updated stainless steel appliances, including in-unit washers and dryers. SCQ does not provide bedroom furniture, as most tenants prefer to supply their own.
