2026 Summer Storage Information
Carefully review the storage information provided below and contact our office if you have any questions.
Summer storage payments are due on May 1, 2026. You may mail payment to: South Campus Quarter, P.O. Box 395, Oxford, OH 45056 or make payment online at SouthCampusQuarter.com/pay.
Your lease ends at 1:00pm on Monday, May 18, 2026, and Summer Storage begins. You will be charged a fee of $100 for each additional day you remain past your lease end date.
Tenants are to follow summer storage addendum requirements, including but not limited to, not storing any item that is a risk to the property or any person, removing all valuables, storing only personal property owned by the tenant (storing non-owned tenant items is a $500 minimum violation fee), no right to access property unless granted by South Campus Quarter, and consent to inspection of the property. Take all valuables with you. South Campus Quarter is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items as stated in your lease agreement and suggests you obtain renters insurance if you have not done so already.
Remove all perishable food items and trash from the unit.
Turn off or unplug refrigerator and prop the refrigerator doors open.
Clean kitchens and bathrooms. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink and wipe down counters and appliances. Clean bathroom sinks, tubs, showers, shower doors, and toilets, leaving toilet seats up.
Lock all doors and windows.
Utilities must remain in the tenant’s name until the lease end date, at which point tenant may cancel service or you may continue service over the summer to avoid start up fees. South Campus Quarter will not be responsible for any utility bills that are not disconnected. See the Utility Information page for more information.
Return all cable/internet equipment if you cancel service. South Campus Quarter will not be responsible for returning any equipment left in the unit after it is vacated.
Suspend any subscription services. Forward or suspend your postal mail with the US Postal Service. South Campus Quarter does not forward mail.
Return all applicable keys (bedroom, entry, mailbox, building), and any garage remotes checked-out, to South Campus Quarter in the envelope provided. Any keys not returned will be subject to a $80 fee, as noted in the lease agreement. You will need to pick up your keys and go through the move-in process when you return in August.
Include Security Deposit Forwarding Address and Key Return form with your keys. Complete the entire form. Bedroom numbers are located on the edge of the bedroom door by door hardware..
