SCQ provides window furnishings, and the majority of our units come with common area furnishings, including sofas, area rugs, coffee tables, and bar stools. Most units also have updated stainless steel appliances, including in-unit washers and dryers. SCQ does not provide bedroom furniture, as most tenants prefer to supply their own. Welcome to South Campus Quarter! The information provided below is designed to help your move-in process go smoothly. All information is also available on our Tenant Resources page.

Summer rent is due May 1, 2026. Pay online at SouthCampusQuarter.com/pay or mail checks to: South Campus Quarter, P.O. Box 395, Oxford, OH 45056. Payment must be received in full at the office prior to key pick up.

Your lease begins on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 9am, unless otherwise stated in your lease. You will need to schedule an appointment to pick up your keys; email office@southcampusquarter.com or call 513-523-5127. Move-in appointments are available Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. All appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.‍ ‍

Tenants are required to set-up the utilities in their name starting on or before their move-in date. Written proof of utility transfer must be shown before any keys are issued. You may also want to set up internet and cable TV service. See the Utility Information page for more information.

Utilities

Apartment Buildings: Campus Courts, Bern Street Apartments, and 308 S Campus Ave tenants must obtain a valid parking permit to park in their designated lot. Click on Annual Parking Applicationand register your vehicle. There is no cost for summer parking. Once you turn in your form you will not need to submit again for the school year parking lottery. Winners will be announced after August 1, 2026..
Campus Commons Duplexes: Parking in front of the duplexes on Rose, Bern, Poplar, and Wooster streets is 24/7 City of Oxford Residential Permit Parking (RPP). You must have a valid permit to park on the street. No permit is required to park in your driveway. See the Campus Commons Parking Information page for more information. The City of Oxford issues new annual permits beginning on July 1. If you need a permit prior to this date, please contact our office.

Parking

Complete and return your Move-in Inspection form within 10 days of the first tenant moving-in and picking up the form. Any forms turned in after 10 days will be considered invalid..
