SCQ provides window furnishings, and the majority of our units come with common area furnishings, including sofas, area rugs, coffee tables, and bar stools. Most units also have updated stainless steel appliances, including in-unit washers and dryers. SCQ does not provide bedroom furniture, as most tenants prefer to supply their own. August 2026 Move-in Information

‍Welcome to South Campus Quarter! The information provided below is designed to help your move-in process go smoothly. All information is also available on our Tenant Resources page.

Your lease begins on Monday, August 17, 2026, at 9 am. Schedule an appointment to pick up your keys; either email office@southcampusquarter.com or call 513-523-1647. Appointments are available Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm, and Saturday-Sunday from 12-4pm. All appointments must be made 24 hours in advance.‍ ‍

Fall Semester rent is due on August 1, 2026. You will not be permitted to pick up keys if your or your roommates’ security deposit and rent are not paid. Pay online at SouthCampusQuarter.com/pay. Mail checks to: South Campus Quarter, P.O. Box 395, Oxford, OH 45056. Payment must be received at the office prior to key pick up, so allow time for your check to arrive in the mail.

If you are using Financial Aid to pay for your housing and need extra time to allow for disbursement of your funds, prior approval is required from South Campus Quarter. Visit the Financial Aid section of our website to view information on how to apply.

Payment

Apartment (1&2-bedroom units) Parking Permits: Tenants must have a valid parking permit to park in their designated lot. Applications for free and lottery spacesare due August 1. If no application is received, your free spot will be forfeited. Towing of the lots is suspended during Move-in week, except for fire lanes. Click here for Apartment Parking Lot Permits.
Campus Commons (4-bedroom units) Street Parking Permits: Parking on the street in front of the duplexes on Rose, Bern, Poplar, and Wooster streets is 24/7 City of Oxford Residential Permit Parking (RPP). Parking

Tenants are required to put utilities in their name starting on or before their move-in date. Written proof of utility transfer must be shown before any keys are issued. You may also want to set up internet and cable TV services. See the Utility Information page for more information.

Utilities

Complete and return your Move-in Inspection form within 10 days of the first tenant moving-in and picking up the form. Any forms turned in after 10 days will be considered invalid.
